Problem statement

Customer required a review of ICT practices and an improvement to the benefits provided by the ICT function.

Phase one

K2 Undertook a Review of City of Hobart's ICT Core Systems, Strategy and Governance. We used a consultative approach to highlight areas of maturity across ICT domains from strategy, governance and delivery to infrastructure, vendor management and data.

Phase two

Phased 2 included the development of the following to address gaps.

  • ICT Strategy
  • ICT Target Operating Model based on Gartner approaches.
  • Cyber Security Policy based on A.C.S.C and N.I.S.T advice and pertinent risks.
  • Cyber Security Incident Plan based on A.C.S.C and N.I.S.T advice and scaled to CoH.
