CASE STUDY — Business Case and Go to Market Activities
Over the course of our engagement, we managed a portfolio encompassing seven distinctive projects, collectively valued at an impressive $3.8 million.
The range of activities included requirements gathering, strategic development of concept briefs, rigorous formulation of business cases, creation of options papers, detailed journey mapping, thorough assessments of change risks, and creating and maintaining updated registers of project risks, assumptions, dependencies, and constraints.
The team re-validated requirements to ensure seamless execution. They also spearheaded the development of procurement plans, along with the preparation of expression of interest (EOI) documents to support go-to-market processes. Additionally, we took charge of facilitating the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) fostering seamless communication and collaboration with vendors and providing assistance in the preparation of statements of works (SoWs).
Our governance activities were equally robust, involving the creation of RASCI charts to ensure optimal project oversight and management.
